Total Yarding – 950Hd

Rain in the supply area and lower numbers saw a dearer market. Yearlings were well supplied and there was a good run of heavy cows. Grown
steers were not as well supplied and quality remains good across all weights and grades.
Weaners sold to 450c to restockers and the best of the heavy vealers made to 440c/kg. Yearling steers to feed lifted 4c to 7c selling from 385c
to 433c/kg. Heifers to feed lifted up to 15c on the medium weights making from 404c to 438c/kg. Trade heifers lifted 10c selling to 438c/kg.
Grown steers gained 7c selling from 386c to 391c and 2 tooth grown heifers made to 395c/kg. Heavy trade steers sold from 370c to 425c/kg
Cows were 2c to 6c dearer with the medium weights 288c to 316c and heavy 3 and 4 score cows sold from 290c to 314c averaging 310c/kg.
