fed finished lambs offered, along with the plainer types. Most of the usual buyers were present and competing in a relatively
steady market, but one that fluctuated with the quality offered.

were firm to a couple dearer, with prices making from $136 to $172/head. Heavy and extra heavy weight lambs held reasonably
firm. Heavy lambs sold from $168 to $190 and extra heavies received from $193 to $238/head. Carcase prices averaged from
712c to 769c/kg cwt.
Mutton numbers eased and quality continues to be very mixed. Prices remained relatively steady, with Merino ewes selling from
$92 to $162/head. Crossbred ewes sold from $93 to $140 and Dorper ewes received from $90 to $125/head. Merino wethers
