Numbers remained similar this sale with agents yarding 3312 head. Quality was very mixed with a large percentage of secondary cattle penned. The usual buyers were present and competing in an easier market.

Yearling steers to feed sold from 429 to 508c/kg. Finished types to processors received from 450 to 480c/kg for middle and heavyweights. The heifer portion was a couple easier with middle and heavyweights to feed from 380 to 448c/kg.

Heavy steers reached 456c/kg. Grown heifers sold from 380 to 420c/kg. Cows were 15c easier particularly on the secondary cows which sold from 345 to 371c/kg. The better heavy cows received from 363 to 405c/kg. The best heavy bull reached 405c/kg.
