Numbers eased this sale with agents yarding 1515 head. Quality was mixed with some good lines of well bred cattle offered along with the secondary types. The usual buyers were present and competing in a cheaper market.

Yearling steers to feed slipped 15 to 20c to sell from 294 to 380c/kg. The finished types to processors sold from 260 to 308c/kg. The heifer portion to feed fell 20c to range in price from 285 to 322c/kg. Those to processors were back 10c receiving from 265 to 318c/kg.

Heavy steers and bullocks sold from 270 to 300c while grown heifers received from 260 to 290c/kg.

Cows fell 10 to 20c with heavy 2 score from 226 to 236c and 3&4 score receiving 237 to 253c/kg. The best heavy bull reached 238c/kg.
